Assist in identifying, designing, processing and implementing policies, strategies and programs to accelerate PPPs. Conduct research, monitor investment climate developments and the engagement of governments and other stakeholders in policy dialogues on reform to enhance the private sector participation (PSP) incentive framework and identify PPP constraints. Recommend measures to address, and undertake related activities such as economic and sector work to ensure consistency of ADB programs and projects with government policies and strategies to develop PSP and regional cooperation. Work closely with ADB departments, other divisions in SERD and particularly the Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD) to leverage support, and prepare monitoring frameworks for loans, grants, guarantees and TAs to ensure development effectiveness and draw lessons for future assistance.
